????王斌，博士，研究員/博導(dǎo)。2011年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院成都生物研究所動物學(xué)專業(yè)，獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。自2011年至今，在中科院成都生物研究所開展研究工作。主要從事于兩棲動物系統(tǒng)分類及適應(yīng)性演化等方面的研究工作，聚焦兩棲動物多樣性與保護(hù)，主持國家自然基金面上項(xiàng)目、青藏高原二次科考子課題等重要課題20項(xiàng)，在The ISME Journal，Science of the Total Environment，PeerJ，ZooKeys，Genes等重要刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文80余篇。

????入選中國科學(xué)院“西部青年學(xué)者A類”（2021），中國科學(xué)院成都生物研究所“青年研究員”（2024）。兼任四川省動物學(xué)會（2020-）理事、中國動物學(xué)會兩棲爬行動物學(xué)分會（2021-）理事、四川省細(xì)胞生物學(xué)會（2024-）理事；Asian Herpetological Research（2022-）、ZooKeys（2022-）、Animals（2023）等刊物編委。

（1）兩棲動物系統(tǒng)分類學(xué)：對兩棲類物種進(jìn)行鑒定及分類，參與編寫《中國生物多樣性紅色名錄》、《中國生物物種名錄》等著作；

（2）兩棲動物多樣性進(jìn)化與適應(yīng)機(jī)制：圍繞疣螈屬物種，闡明該屬的物種多樣性及其演化受青藏高原隆升的影響；以洞穴物種紅點(diǎn)齒蟾為研究對象，通過多組學(xué)技術(shù)及實(shí)驗(yàn)，揭示該物種對洞內(nèi)外環(huán)境的適應(yīng)機(jī)制；

（3）兩棲動物多樣性保護(hù)：依托已建立的成熟的監(jiān)測體系，聚焦兩棲爬行動物的監(jiān)測與保護(hù)工作。如評估雅下十四五重大戰(zhàn)略工程建設(shè)對兩棲爬行動物的影響，研發(fā)重點(diǎn)物種保護(hù)技術(shù)。
