個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷
????寇涌蘋,女,博士,副研究員,碩士生導(dǎo)師,中國(guó)科學(xué)院特聘骨干人才、中國(guó)科學(xué)院青年促進(jìn)會(huì)會(huì)員。2015年7月于中國(guó)科學(xué)院沈陽(yáng)應(yīng)用生態(tài)研究所獲得博士學(xué)位,自畢業(yè)起一直在中國(guó)科學(xué)院成都生物研究所工作。
????主要從事大尺度土壤微生物生態(tài)學(xué)研究以及森林植物根系與土壤微生物相互作用機(jī)制研究,以第一/通訊作者先后在Global?Ecology?and?Biogeography,?Soil?Biology?and?Biochemistry,?Geoderma,?mSystems?等國(guó)際刊物發(fā)表SCI論文17篇。申請(qǐng)授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng)。近年來(lái)主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、青年項(xiàng)目、第二次青藏科考項(xiàng)目農(nóng)田微生物專題、四川省科技計(jì)劃應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、四川省環(huán)境治理與生態(tài)保護(hù)重大科技專項(xiàng)子課題等8項(xiàng)。指導(dǎo)/協(xié)助指導(dǎo)碩士、博士研究生3名。
研究方向
1)土壤微生物地理格局及其響應(yīng)環(huán)境變化的生態(tài)學(xué)機(jī)制;
2)森林優(yōu)勢(shì)植物根系核心微生物組及其對(duì)植物生長(zhǎng)的調(diào)控機(jī)理。
