研究方向
（1）兩棲爬行動物適應性演化：基于基因組、轉錄組、表觀組等多組學分析，挖掘兩棲爬行動物適應性演化特征的分子遺傳機制。
（2）動物物種形成理論：通過群體基因組解析動物群體遺傳特征，推斷和模擬種群歷史動態，探索種內分化的驅動力，完善物種形成理論。
